I have an OData feed that I get data from using Power BI Desktop. I then publish the reports to the Power BI Web Service and set those datasets to refresh automatically. My question is about data limits. Do just the data sets consume your storage limits or do datasets, reports, and dashboards all combine to consume data. Also, when a dataset is refreshed (and all other dependencies down the line) does all that refresh activity consume data from my limit? Or is it just the end size of the dataset that is reflected in the data limit? I hope my questions are clear. Please feel free to ask any questions to help clarify. Thanks!
