Hello all,
I've been working in Power BI for 6 years and have never encountered an issue like this. In Power BI Desktop I have a text field that is displaying properly, but once it's published to the service, and refreshed, the field goes blank.

The "Inititiative" field is a conditional coulmn I added, based off the "result.u_inititiative.value" field. I have scoured this forum for posts with similar problems, but none of the suggestions have helped in my case. I have made sure there are no active fitlers in place, I have verified the data type is Text for the "result.u_inititiative.value" field, and I have made sure there are no blank spaces at the start or end of the field contents. I have verified the credentials for the data source are accurate and working in the service, and I have even completely deleted the report from the service and re-published it.
Can anyone out there think of any other steps I might try to resolve this? The source for the query in question is a rest api connection to ServiceNow data, set to import.
Any suggestions you can offer are highly appreciated.
