The Personal Gateway is grayed out and I am trying to schedule data refreshes.

I am the IT Tech for my company.  We recently got involved with Power BI and the process for which installing the PowerBI Personal Gateway and assiging license is not really defined.  This was the process that I followed to get everything configured correctly:

 

1. Assigned myself a Power BI Pro License

2. Signed into Power BI Web App

3. Installed the Personal Gateway via the prompt on the Web App

 

One person that was testing Power BI did go this route and we are having problems with the Gateway / Scheduling Refreshes.

 

The person orginally had both Power BI and the Power BI Pro licences.  I removed the Power BI license from his Office 365 account and kept the Power BI Pro license.  After that I uninstalled the Personal Gateway in hopes that we would get a prompt in the Power BI Web App as I did.  However, when I go to one of the datasets, the Gateway Status, Data source credentials, and schedule refresh are grayed out.  If the Personal Gateway is installed the schedule refresh is not grayed out, but when I click the drop down nothing appears.  Any support from the community would be great.
