Hi experts, I exported a table in order to keep the thousands separator, the values in the table all has thousands separator, but when I export I found it only a certain column has the thousands separator while others has not, do you know how it solve it?
I have created alerts on multirow cards based on data changes. It does not get triggered everyday and I do not recieve mails.

I have a few semantic models and associated reports published on a premium workspace. There is an enterprise gateway attached the datasource (SQL DB) using which the report refreshes are set to occur at a particular time. The refresh times are set at different times of the day but they can occur anytime between 1am-6am to reduce the load
Now, is there a way to add the gateway refresh times as a visual in the published power bi report. Just to clarify, I am not looking for the time the model in the PBIX report is refreshed (which is easy enough to do). I need the time the gateway refresh got triggered that morning

Hi all!
Recently i got notified that in one of our database's a few changes are going to be made. It is now my task to investigate the possible impact on published dashboards. Changes include column name changes and datatype changes.
We address this database by querying directly with SQL to it, to import this data to a dataflow or dataset. And in most cases, the tables that are being altered are also part of unions and joins (see screenshot below for a sample of the lineage).
Now i'm looking for a way to be able to quickly check if these tables and columns are part of source query's. But i only seem to be able to see the 'source' via lineage, but not the actual query on that source without opening each dataset or dataflow individually. (and with atleast 150 published reports over 2 or 3 workspaces, this is tedious)
Is there any way to get a quick overview, or export even, where i can view the actual query's?

I’m encountering a **"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_InvalidConnectionCredentials"** error when trying to connect Power BI to an AWS RDS SQL Server instance. The full error message is below:

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have suggestions on how to fix this SSL certificate mismatch error? Any guidance would be appreciated!

I publish my datasource to MS Fabric Warehouse (WH) and connect data from WH to Semantic Model in Direct Lake mode
,after that connect the model to build a report.
And I grant permission for User in both of Semantic Model and Report.
However, user cannot view any data and show error in this report
I try to test to grant permission in WH, then user can view all of data in this report
But I dont want to grant access in WH for user because WH have more sensitive data.
Are there any solution to fix this issue?

Hi, I have been trying to create a report using multiple data sources, some are 'DirectQuery to AS' and the rest are either Excel (web) or one which is 'Dataflows'. On the desktop everything is fine and works but when I go to publish it, I get this message:
Upon publishing, the excel data visuals all work fine but ones which come from the ‘Direct Query to AS’ which I pulled through as a semantic model don’t work apart from one which shows one visual but not the other one?? I get the message‘There is no available gateway’. I installed the gateway app and have set one up, but I can’t seem to make it actually do anything useful to fix my problem…
Under the settings for my semantic model it says ‘One or more cloud data sources for this semantic model have been deleted’. Underneath this is the option to‘Recreate cloud data sources’but this doesn’t work, doesn’t do anything. If I go into ‘Gateway and cloud connections’ it lists my ‘Personal Gateway’ and then the new one I created underneath (personal mode) but for this one it says ‘Not configured correctly’. Also in the ‘Cloud connections’ beneath this is shows all of them connected to my ‘Personal Cloud Connect’ except the main one that doesn’t work on the main report. There is a dropdown box that says ‘Maps to:’ which is empty although I’ve tried to set up a connection using my new gateway, it doesn’t work. I’m running out of ideas here and just hoping someone out there can help me?
One last note is that the dataset which is the main one not working does work fine on another report I made whereby I only imported that dataset and one web based excel table so I don't know if it's a confilct with the other data sources. maybe the Dataflow?

I have a report that's shared within my organization. The report is based on the semantic model R (see picture).
Yesterday I added two more semantic models (S and G). They are fairly large and don't need as many updates as R so I decided not to include them in R.
Here is the problem. All tables that contain information from tables from S and G cannot be viewed by organization members. Only by me. How do I extend their permission?

Hi, the official documentation says that if I connect to a table that has RLS in the SQL Analytics Endpoint, Direct Lake will fall back to DirectQuery: Develop Direct Lake semantic models - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn
Does the same thing apply if I don't define the RLS on the lakehouse/warehouse but directlyin Power BI?

Our tenant is currently a shared capacity (pro license) and we are trying to provide acces to sharepoint resource through a service principal account. However, when trying to connect with the following errors occurs:
The credentails are validated and correct.
Question:
- Is a service principal connection with sharepoint possible within a shared capacity?
- What read and write permissions should the service principal have to be able to connect?

I have created a report with 5 pages and published in our premium capacity workspace.
I have set up auto refresh also and working fine in my machine.
Now, my management wants this dashboard to be displayed in a TV where I need to use chrome to display in a full screen mode.
But problem is everytime I need to click on the refresh buttom to update the visuals.
Is there any option to refresh the report visuals wheneve data model refreshed?

I have embedded Power BI dashboard on my website

My tooltip were working fine but now a random issue has come up. Randomly, on some of my graphs the tooptip is not showing at all.
I have not made any changes to Power BI version between the time of it working properly and not working.
Also, the issue is not just limited to IE, same issue is in Chrome as well.
Could anyone please help me with this? What steps I can take to resolve this issue.
