I have Power BI reports deployed, and Dashboard tiles pinned from these reports. I have not been able to force the Dashboard tiles to refresh and reflect the latest data in the cube (after many days, still hasn't refreshed). I have tried the manual refresh (elipsis menu in the dashboard). I have republished the PBIX file to the service. I have selected new slicer buttons on the desktop file prior to pushing it back into the service, but nothing seems to trigger the dashboard tiles to refresh.
If the Power BI file is published to the service and refreshes on a schedule, I "get" how Power BI knows when to refresh the dashboard tiles. But how does it know when to refresh the dashboard tiles when there is a SSAS Live connection through and Enterprise Gateway?
