PowerBI Report won't show on sharepoint page

Hi 

I embeded a PowerBI report link (from pbi service) on SharePoint online page, it seems only the one who embeds it can see it , others can only see the powerbi logo spinning. They all have pro license and be shared with report, they can see the same report on the PowerBI Service site, 

if one of them embeds it, only that person can see it

does anyone having same issue? or am I mssing any steps?
