Since yesterday, I’ve encountered an error when using Copilot in my Power BI reports, specifically with the Smart Narrative feature.
I’m using:
Power BI Pro license
Working inside a Premium workspace
This feature previously worked perfectly, but now it shows the following error: “Something went wrong and we couldn't load the narrative. Try again later.” This happens with both Desktop and Published version.
I've tried to test in another Premium workspace, open the report in different browsers and republish but the issue still persists.
Could you please advise if there is a known issue or service-side disruption affecting Copilot in Power BI?
And when I tried to create a new narrative visual, the button "Copilot" is in grey:
