Calculating 2 card values into 1 card

Hi,

I currently have 2 cards that sum up different information

1 - sums up the hours of a negative impact event

2 - sums up the total operating hours

I want to calculate these 2 values to get a percentage on a card (1/2), so that it moves depending on the various filters (month, user, etc.)

How would I go about doing this?
