I've been struggling with an issue and could really use some help:
I've developed a Power BI report that uses a tile slicer to display the currently applied filters to the main table. Everything was working fine until some days ago. Suddenly, blank boxes corresponding to blank values started appearing only in the Power BI Service version, even when there is no filter applied anywhere.
In Power BI Desktop, everything still works as expected—those blank values do not appear, which is the intended behavior.
Unfortunately, the presence of these blank boxes in the Service is negatively impacting the user experience, so I'm hoping to find a solution or workaround.
I've attached some screenshots and the .pbix file with my current formulas.
Expected Behavior (Power BI Desktop): When a filter is applied, only the selected item appears in the slicer—no blank boxes are shown.
Expected Behavior (Power BI Desktop): With no filter applied, no blank boxes appear in the slicer—everything displays as expected.
Issue (Power BI Service): Even with no filters applied, blank boxes are showing up in the slicer unexpectedly.
Issue (Power BI Service): A filter is applied, and blank boxes appear alongside the expected selection in the slicer.
P.S.: I’ve confirmed that the “Show items with no data” option is not checked in the slicer settings.
