Hi all,
I've created a Power BI report in the desktop app, using a connection through a ODBC data source with a service account. This works perfect in the desktop app.
However, when I publish the report and try to setup a scheduled refresh I am unable to setup the data source credentials. When refreshing it fails due to missing data source credentials. But the data source credentials tab is greyed out (screenshot).
I have an existing data gateway which I also can not use, presumably due to not being able to enter the data source credentials first.
I'm not using any local/sharepoint/excel files. Simply just one ODBC connection.
What am I missing here?
