Hi,
When connecting to Redshift from PBI Desktop we use a VPN, no connection issues there.
When in Power BI Service we set up a dataflow (gen-1), we can reach and refresh data from AWS Redshift.
When in Power BI Service we want to setup datasource credentials we get this error:
ODBC: ERROR [08S01] [Microsoft][Amazon Redshift] (10) Error occurred while trying to connect: [SQLState 08S01] timeout expired
Our data is stored on: Europa - west (Nederland), we have whitelisted the IP range from the official source; https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=56519
including the list below:

"id": "PowerBI.WestEurope",
and the list below:
"name": "PowerQueryOnline.WestEurope",
"id": "PowerQueryOnline.WestEurope",

possibly the reason why the dataflow works?
Anyone had a similar issue and a fix?
