Can't save reports to Power BI Service

I am getting this kind of error when I am trying to publish/update reports in Power BI Service:

Some days the problem is resolved by restarting the PC, but today I restarted and it remains.

I asked my internal support about this matter but I also want to check here because it is becoming very inneficient experience dealing with this tool.
