Hello, today we received few requests of our Company users that PowerBI Reports and Apps aren't working. They click to open the report but it doesn't load - even a single visualisation. No errors as well.
Only this screen appears (most of the users are fine).
For one use issue remained like this for 1-2 hours. Then everything (without any changes) went back to normal. Is it known issue? And how to fix it?
We tried to clear browser cache, change browser, restart computer, validate internet connection. Tried to open different reports/apps. Nothing worked.
