Embedding paginated report created in PBI service

Hello All,

I found an article on creating paginated reports directly in Power BI Service instead of using Report Builder (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/paginated-reports/web-authoring/get-started-paginated-formatted-table).

Using the "Create Paginated Report (Preview)" option, I successfully created a paginated report from a dataset in Power BI Service. The report renders correctly in Power BI Service, but the embed token generation call fails with the following error.

Is this feature not yet functional/supported in  embedded scenarios? Can anyone please help here?
