I would like provide a small team consistant materials to upskill and develop themselves.
To start that process, I have been trying to bechmark individuals capabilities with a consistant model so we can provide training and development.
I've found a resource which allows them to "rate themsevles" using a matrix encompasing 5 key areas - Connect / Transform, Model, Visulization, Admin / Architecture, Embed / Custom - Some of you may have seen and used this and I appreciate these are perhaps not fully comprehensive, but a good start for our needs.
My question: Is there a best practice way of validating the scores provided ? For example, if someone comes to me with 90/100, I would look at them as a SME in the tool - but before I add that "label" on someone, I would like to validate the score?
Any thoughts?
