Error Refreshing Dataflow Gen1

I've created simple dataflow Gen1,  and keep coming with this error when i am trying to  refresh it "Error: PipelineException: Container exited unexpectedly with code 0x0000DEAD. PID: 19848.. I have no idea how to fix this error, could you please help me with this?
