Deploying reports to multiple workspaces

Hi, we’re looking for a way to speed up how we update the same report that exists in different workspaces. Each dataset connects to it’s own SQL database which is different for each report, we use parameters in Power Query to specify the database and schema name.
Currently when we roll out an update we open the pbix file, update the parameters, refresh the data, then publish. It takes1-2 days currently and it feels like there must be a quicker way to do this!
We have tried using a powershell script but there is an error message ‘PowerBIInvalidOrCorruptPbixFileError’ which we are struggling to debug.
In the long term we are looking to consolidate the databases and reports and use row level security, for now we’d appreciate any ideas to help improve our process!
