How can I use japanese area name on Map ?

I want to use Japanese area name on Map visual at "Publish to Web" and Power BI Desktop.

Now, Japanese Text area name show on Map of the Power BI Service and the Power BI Mobile App for Windows 10.

But, English Text area name show on Map of "Publish to Web" and Power BI Desktop.
