Creating a connection through gateway issue

Hello,

I tried to create a connection to our database on our SQL server, but without success.

I already have one connection through that gateway. The only thing that is different is the database name and it is working without a problem. I updated the gateway yesterday to rule that out, but did not help.

I am not sure if permissions inside of PBI service can play a role whether I can or cannot create a connection?

Not sure what more info to give so feel free to ask.
