I cannot sign into my account to unsubscribe from PowerBI. I cannot sign in to get support either

I keep trying to unsubcribe from PowerBI, but keep getting prompted to sign in to my account. I am then told that I cannot use a personal account to sign in. I keep getting a monthly bill from PowerBI for $10 per month for a service I have never used, that I cannot sign in to unsubscribe for. Am I stuck paying tribute to Microsoft forever or do they make a support email address/phone number?
Is "Innovation" at microsoft just the rebranding of a live support chat as forums called "fabric"? Why not just call it "Support" instead of "fabric"?
