We have a gateway on a laptop that we have been using to get started on scheduling report refreshes (the old gateway). We have now set up a dedicated virtual machine as a gateway (the new gateway). All of the individual connections to various sources work on the new & the old gateways. (Mix of Dataflows, ODBC connections, Sharepoint and GoogleBig Query). When we merge two data sources in Power Query the refresh fails on the new gateway but works on the old one - so it's not an issue with the data model (or Privacy levels, (set to Organisational accross all data sources). While the software is older on the old gateway it's fully up to date on the new one. I'm thinking it must be something to do with firewalls. Just wondering if any of the community have come across this issue too?
