Nobody can access their PowerBI Workspace today

Hi,
Today, nobody in my organisation can access my published reports anymore, instead they see this screen:

What is going on - can anyone tell me?
One person followed the instructions with guidance from our IT manager and created an account that apparently only has a 60 day trial period? They already have paid-for licenses that allows then to view reports that I publish in specific workspaces.

Can anyone tell me whats going on and why is there only a 60 day trial period when licenses already exist?
Who to contact to sort this out?
