A1 size limitation

Hello 

I use A1 capacity, I import 9 small tables (less than 50mo)  and 1 big table (1m rows, 30 columns). I have a limitation size at 1Go when I refresh my dataset. 

I would like to know how to avoid this limitation ? Is aggregating my data or direct query the only solution ?
