Refresh Failure Notifications not received to email , even after enabling Notification alert in Sett

Hi,

 

We have Enable Failure Notication email under "Refresh" is Setting for one of the Semantic model. But also none of my teammates received Refresh failure Notification.( We have checked Spam/Junk emails). It has impacted critical Reports wjich customers are using . Please help to find us root cause and fix of the issue
