Presentations in Full Screen and writing on the screen w the Cursor

During presentation of reports from the Power BI service, is there a way to write-on or mark the screen using my cursor?
I'd like direct attention to specific key pieces during a presentation but do it from the Full Screen view from the Power BI service.
