Getting Page Cannot Display when connecting to Xero Serive App

I am trying to connect my Xero Account to PowerBI for reporting. 

Once it reached the xero account verification page and go back to PowerBi app, this happens. 

I notice the URL is different which might be causing the problem.  I tried copying and pasting it (correct URL) to other window but not working. 

URL generated: https://https//app.powerbi.com/providers/oauthRedirectReceiver?oauth_token=T8VD7RVDY7ZUW2JZEXOLUHQ4MRRMRX&oauth_verifier=7847395&org=ULKOEdt4g4gETHmoTOpDrm
