Connecting to O365Mon Content Pack

I'm trying to connect to the O365Mon Content pack but keep receiving the following error regarding invalid credentials. The troubleshooting help on the site says to 'If you get a "login failed" error after using your Office365Mon subscription credentials to login, then the account you are using doesn't have permissions to retrieve the Office365Mon data from your account. Verify it is an admin account and try again.'

It is definitely a [global] admin account so I don't know what the issue might be. Any help?2016-03-16_15-39-48.jpg
