I have hit a small snag.
I have a Microsoft “Work” account like me@company (through GoDaddy.) This is a Premium account and includes my email account, and my PowerBI account.
For BizSpark I have a “Personal” account, also me@company. (I fear using the same email ID in both cases may have had unintended consequences.)
When I go to app.powerbi.com, I am asked to log on with me@company, and it takes me to the GoDaddy sign-in and I log on successfully. However I then get this:
Selecting Sign In above gets me this:
It would appear it is picking up my “Personal” BizSpark account and disallowing access.
How can I fix this problem?
