Shared dashboard and underlying report

Hi,

I have shared dashboard with one of user in same organization. Currently, I have Pinned live page and shared it via shared icon(free power BI account).

Can I come to know

1) Why underlying report is not visible in his workspace ? I understand dataset will not be visible, but based on below desciption on Power BI site, I was expecting to see report under his workspace.

2) Considering user can not export data to excel from live pinned dashboard, can user goto report from shared dashboard and export data to excel from Report table ?

Following description, I found on power bi site

"Everyone you share it with can see your dashboard and interact with your reports in Reading View. They can't create new reports or save changes to existing reports.
Everyone can see the changes you make.
No-one can see or download the dataset."
