Dataflow won't work with Private Link?

One of my customers operate with limited Internet connectivity.

They are considering using Power BI, and they want to use Private Link, but the following limitations are bottlenecks.

• If Internet access is disabled, and if the dataset or dataflow is connecting to a Power BI dataset or dataflow as a data source, the connection will fail.

Does this mean that they can't use any data flow with Private Link?

To create a report using dataflow as a data source, I thought we need to use Power BI Desktop to select dataflows as the data source for your datasets.

If the restriction above is correct, all dataflows will not be available, but is it TRUE?

If true, can you share any information about whether there is a workaround or if it will be available in a future update?
