Displaying Shapes and card visual in Dashboard

Hi,

I have a report with above visual

This is a combination of shapes and card visuals. 

When pinning this to the dashboard i am only able to pin the card. How to pin the whole image with shapes and cards. 

The card alone visual looks very plain in the dashboard. Ideally a dash board should have some kind of graphics.

Also when I pin a company logo which is a jpg file it says the file is too large.

Any advice is welcome.
