My requirement is to Customize an Error message in Power Service when one doesn't have access to that PBI report.
In PBI Service, when someone who dont have access to the PBI report tries to open the report, the error message they get will be attached below.

My requirement is to customise this error message as "You don’t have access to the report” and short note about how to get access to the report.
Can we able to customise this error message as mentioned? If Yes, Please provide me with the solution/approach of how to achieve that. If No, Please Let me know that too.
