We have 2 pro trail powerbi.com accounts and 1 gateway service on our testing machine. Lets call this the "old" accounts.
We now have 2 new powerbi.com pro accounts (other tenant) and we moved the gateway service to our production machine. Lets call this the "new" accounts.
We want to delete all "old" accounts and software.
On powerbi.com, i logged in with the old accounts and deleted the data/reports and gateway. After that I wanted to delete the account. But that seems not possible. I only have the option to close the account.
If I do that, I get a message that my account is closed.
But no link to log in again as another user.
So I go to powerbi.com and try to log in.
Now it automatically logs me in as the closed account user, but I dont want that.
It seems the only way now to log in as another user, is to clear my browser cookies / temp internet files. I dont want that.
Similar with uninstall process for the gateway. It requires you to login in powerbi.com to uninstall. But if you close the account you cannot login so you cannot uninstall the software.
Please fix this.
