unable to install PowerBI data gateway ?

HI,

I am unable to sign-in and complete gateway installation in my App Server.

i have installed enterprise gateway(https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=698863) in my server.

When i clicked on 'sign in to powerBI' got below error:

can any help me? is this realted to ports opening or domain conflict... or else.
