scheduled refresh failes with : Transaction (Process ID 133) was deadlocked / Internal service

We have been seeing frequent data refresh failures( 4-5 times a week ) for a while now. some due to internal service errors and some due to database dead lock. I have started prev community threads with no solution so far --

Any suggestions on how to fix this ?

 

Error msgs ( Internal service error )

 

Failure Error msg1 : the last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error.
