Got this message in my email two days in a row. Not sure why there is an issue with the refresh token because the report seems to be pulling onformation correctly when I access it through my workspaces. It says to reach out to support for assistance.
It looks like the refresh token expired. Please go to this dataset's settings page, and reenter the Usage Metrics Report credentials for the data source.Refresh failed:
Usage Metrics Report has failed to refresh.
Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support. Next refresh for Usage Metrics Report is scheduled for December 3, 2020 3:21 UTC. | |
