Hello,
primary report for one of our clients is having problems with gateway refresh, which has worked in the past. Connected gateway is green and works fine for other reports in the workspace. Also, after refresh failure we are not provided with a error message, just with request and acivity ID. Report refreshes fine in desktop, it just takes very long time to both refresh and publish.
We already tried chopping down the report to smaller pieces, but so far this did not help. What are our other options?
