I am a total noob with PowerBI and have very limited time learning this so I am hoping some kind person would provide some assistance.
MS have developed a number of PowerBI templates for use with Teams and they essentially use the Microsoft Call Quality Dashboard as the data source. We are interested in the Direct Routing template, however I cannot for the life of me work out how I can target the report to be based on different criteria. I thought I could simply add a filter like I can in the native CQD detailed reports to filter on traffic between point A and point B instead of ALL traffic. However I really cant see how I can do this.
I would be forever grateful if someone could have a look and see if htey could suggest how I could do this or if it is even possible?
