Propagate SSAS role to Power BI report

Hello,

I have created a Role in my SSAS tabular model and have hidden a few columns/tables in this role and have added a user (User1) to this role.

Now, I try to access a Power BI app report which has a live connection to the above SSAS tabular model, by logging in as User1, but I still see all the columns that were hidden while defining the SSAS role.

Am I missing something?
