Recently setting up new users , we had an issue where loading pages within Edge for the published app ddint work, but the same app is used by others without issue. The only difference was the older users had the mobile app installed on thier pc's. (didnt use it )
Installing the mobile app fixed the issue for the new users, once installed they just use edge as per normal and no loading issues?
Does anyone know why? just looking to see if we need to change our setup practices.
