I have a dataflow that has been working fine for months (this morning it also worked without problem. For the last hour I have been trying to refresh it but every time, after 1:20 minutes it would fail and returns the error: Error: Internal error Request ID: 32853b3b-8bd1-f00e-c829-b7bd7618103c Activity ID: 7c631c18-56c4-40ab-9477-090ecde56d21.
I tried going into the dataflow and click edit one of the entities to see if I could. it kept spinning and saying: us.prod.powerquery.microsoft.com took too long to respond.
What can I try? should I just wait for Microsoft to fix it somehow?
