Can I connect Excel file on OneDrive by Power BI Desktop as Import of Power BI Service ?

I want to create a Report from a Excel file on OneDrive for Business,

and the Report pubish to Power BI Service,

and at Power BI Service, the Report refresh by one hour.

There are some solutions, But NOT enouth

Solution 1. Power BI Service can connect a Excel file on OneDrive for Business as "Import",

and refresh by one hour, auto.

But, the dataset of it's report can NOT create the calcurated column, the measure.

Solution 2. Power BI Desktop can import a Excel file on OneDrive for Business, as local file by OneDrive sync app,

and Power BI Desktop can create the calculated column, the measure,

and publish to Power BI Service,

But, the dataset of it's report can NOT refresh without on-premises gateway.

Solution 3. Power BI Desktop can import a Excel file on OneDrive for Business, by url.

URL example: https://<tenantname>-my.sharepoint.com/personal/<tenant>//Documents/<foldername>/<filename>.xlsx

and Power BI Desktop can create the calculated column, the measure,

and publish to Power BI Service,

and Power BI Service can refresh the dataset without on-premises gateway,

But, the dataset refresh schedule need to add by Manually.

So, I want other solution to Power BI Desktop,

like Power BI Service's connection - OneDrive for Business - import - Excel file.
