Can I enable the "more options" right corner drop down list in dashboard tiles?

When working in a report, you have the ability to change how data in a tile is organized, etc.  This is done by clicking on the 3 dots "..." on the top right of the tile and selecting a sort direction or some other option.  Is there a way to make that that same functionality available to viewers of that tile on a dashboard?



When I share the tile (or pin it) to a dashboard, those options are not available to me.
