Date format in new time slicer (US even though non-US in desktop)

Dear all,

I using the new time slicer, which is great. However when I publish to the service it is in US date format (ie. 9/29/16). On the desktop it is in UK format (29/9/2016). Does anyone have any idea how I make sure it is in UK format in the service.
