Gantt chart adding a bottom line item when published to Service

I have this simple Gantt chart that shows timeline, percentage completion and comments for each project line item. It looks perfect when in Desktop but once published to service, it has this total line item looking like thing added to the bottom (see pics below). It doesn't kill anybody but it's quite annoying and above all, I want to know if this is by design? TIA
