Hi everyone,

I wonder if someone can help me I am trying to set up the on-premises data gateway to work with our postgresql database via odbc, the odbc connection is set up and working on the host machine (same as the gateway).

However when I try to configure the odbc connection on powerbi.com I get the following message

Unable to connect: We encountered an error while trying to connect to dsn=powerbi;. Details: "Cannot connect to the mashup data source. See error details for more information."Hide details

Troubleshoot connection problems

No matter what I try, I can not seem to get it to connect. Has anyone managed to get this working? What am I missing?

Thanks in advance.

Chris
