We currently have two different tenancies on Office 365, with two different CRM instances. While we may combine them in the future, at this point we like them separate as they serve different audiences and have different rules around them.
My issue is, we have only one gateway installed that both instances need to receive some data from. I cannot see though a way to have one gateway serve two different CRM tenancies. Is that possible? It seems I can only enter on login account, that locks it to that instance.
We wish to avoid having to install another gateway as this is more admin and causes a network headache. Our gateway version installed is now quite old (version 14.16.6670.1 from April 2018). So I thought of upgrading the gateway in the hope that this is a feature that was added after our version. I wanted to confirm if that is the case first though, as otherwise the gateway is working well.
