Takeover Datasets as a Power BI Free license user

Hi Experts,

I am facing an issue while takeover Datasets in Power BI Services. I am having Power BI Free license having Admin level access for the workspace and Apps.

1. I am able to open and see the report in Apps but not in that Workspace.
2. While opening workspace it is throwing an error to get the power bi pro license
3. I couldn't able to open the dataset window as i am power bi free license user.

Can anyone help me on this.
