Our External users (users that are outside of our email address) do not see the top toolbar or the navigation toolbar on the reports we share with them. They do see the toolbars are the reports their own internal company publishes.
So if they select an item on the slicer, they do not have the ability to hit the reset to default button. They dont see the bookmarks, etc.
The navigation bar is also missing on the reports we share. However, it shows up for theirs. When they first login, they dont see our reports on the shared with me either.
Is this something configured to hide this, if so, where is it done? I dont see in any of our settings on the website or the desktop application that could cause this
any help would be appreciated
