I have a requirement to host workspaces for 2000 customers in a specific GEO. I am using PowerBI Premium. I am curious to know how many max workspaces we can create in PowerBI Premium. We have premium capacity and we are planing to use it to create workspace in a specific GEO (EU, NorthAmerica) to fulfill the GDPR data residency requirement. As you know PowerBI Premium have Multi GEO feature so we were planning to create Workspace in a specific GEO to hande data residency requirement.I am wondering how many maxium workspace can be created?
We have two options:
Option1: We create Workspace for each GEO and create reports for respective customers in that GEO which is hosted in that GEO and share those reports based on Office Group.
Option2: Create Customer specific workspace it means 2000 workspaces in total and share the workspaces with the respective customers. So customers can use the workspace to create their own report.
